This program combines clinical support with comprehensive, hands-on training that is designed to help individuals learn the skills necessary to maintain
stability in their lives. Enhanced Services includes both individual and group day habilitation, residential habilitation, and encompasses all

Just Chillin' is a unique approach to traditional day habilitation. It offers one-on-one, community-based services and the freedom for the individual to
design their own program. People that have not experienced success in traditional day programs

Believe to Achieve
Believe to Achieve is a community-based group day habilitation program without walls. Each day of
the week offers a different theme, allowing individuals to chose the days they attend based on their preferences and the theme of that day. For more information, call 896-2180 ext. 124.
Certified Group Day Habilitation
Community Services offers two certified Day Habilitation programs for adults with developmental
disabilities. With meaningful activities five days a week, both programs offer recreation and ongoing volunteer opportunities. For more information, call 896-2180 ext. 140.
Recreation and Leisure Education
Individuals can take part in group or one-on-one recreational activities. Staff work on a variety of leisure related goals. For more information, call 896-2180 ext. 124.
Senior Day Program
Offered in various senior centers throughout the community, Senior Day gives people the opportunity to get involved with senior groups,

Individual Retirement Experience (IRE)
The Individual Retirement Experience gives seniors the chance to explore their retirement goals in the
community in a group setting or one-on-one with staff. For more information, call 896-2180 ext. 113.
Adult Education & Parenting Classes
Community Services offers a variety of educational classes to people with developmental disabilities.
Classes are held on a semester basis, and offer practical and enriching courses like yoga, computers, cooking, obtaining a New York State Driver's Permit and parenting education. For more

Stay Late, It's Great!
This after-school program is for children in the district served by Buffalo Public School #84. It

Consolidated Supports and Services (CSS)
CSS offers individuals a wide variety of self-directed services. People choose what supports they
